Welcome to the new blog for Roses Ridge Farm! This is a story about our family's journey to become more self sustained, eco-friendly, and all-around greener...not only for the earth friendly aspects but for the health benefits, as well. Over the past 2 years, our tiny farm has already gone through a large learning curve. We would like to bring you with us on our journey, teaching others as we also learn how to be a more "down to earth" family. Topics will include a wide variety....a lot of farming, gardening, canning, recycling, repurposing, homesteading, etc....all on a VERY limited budget. We want to give others some insight and maybe give you a little push into the "hey, I can do that!" realm of ideas. We hope that you will come along for the ride!
